Our History

When founders Omer Tadjer (CEO) and Tommy Dikerman (CPO), long-term friends, were frustrated by the recruiting technology available for building their prior teams, they had a big idea: What if they could build a recruiting platform that is intuitive, simple, easy to use, empowering, and truly collaborative for hiring teams? And, what if they could improve recruiting while making it more enjoyable for everyone? That’s exactly what they did — and Comeet was born.

As we grew, we often heard that even the best technology is not enough when recruiting becomes very challenging, is not scalable, or requires a lot of expertise. All of this makes achieving hiring goals difficult. We realized that typical recruiting teams lack a critical factor — elasticity, a concept we borrowed from cloud computing, which is the ability to add resources on demand with flexibility as a company grows.
