We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Marketing department's workflows at Elementor. This role is all about planning and tracking the department’s workload, managing cross-team collaboration, owning processes in Jira, and driving large-scale marketing projects from A to Z. This is a temporary one-year position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Department requests, review briefs and use all relevant resources to execute each task.
  • Plan the Marketing department workload - ongoing, monthly and quarterly
  • Measure & track workload, and reflect planning vs. actual performance
  • Sync between all marketing teams (Dependencies and collaboration)
  • Be able to find solutions to any tasks’ conflicts based on priority 
  • Manage all work processes, and constantly optimize them
  • Manage the process end-to-end in Jira (including enablement)
  • Ongoing training to the Marketing department on any ops topic
  • Build and maintain knowledge base in Confluence
  • Manage large-scale Marketing projects (Plan, Sync stakeholders, run it, conduct retros)

Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience in project management / operation management
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internally & externally)
  • People person
  • Attention to details (briefs, due dates etc.).
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency by optimizing processes & workflows.
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, and present to wider stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Jira - Must
  • Familiarity with Figma & Confluence - Advantage
