Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize large-scale digital media campaigns (native, social, programmatic, display, and more).
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make real-time, data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Lead strategy development for paid media campaigns, from budget allocation to audience targeting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and data teams, to ensure campaign success.
  • Continuously research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Oversee tracking, measurement, attribution, and automation to streamline campaign execution.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying (Native Ads, Facebook, Google, Programmatic, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret complex datasets, optimize performance, and scale winning strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel & BI tools – pivot tables, data visualization, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in high-budget campaign management – with a focus on performance-driven results.
  • Excellent English skills – verbal & written communication are key.
  • Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or an analytical field.
