About the Role
Nagomi is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us scale awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified pipeline through high-performing digital campaigns and compelling content. You’ll lead our digital presence end-to-end—owning campaigns, optimizing our web experience, managing content across formats, and exploring emerging channels to bring the Nagomi story to life.
This is a high-impact role for someone who’s equal parts strategist, creator, and performance optimizer—and who gets excited about building in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and more.
- Own the editorial calendar and content strategy—managing the creation, distribution, and performance of written content (blogs, guides, landing pages), video assets, and multimedia storytelling across platforms.
- Identify and experiment with new digital channels to extend Nagomi’s reach and amplify our differentiated voice in cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to launch integrated campaigns aligned to our core pillars: Unify Your Data, Operationalize Intelligence, and Enable the Business.
- Manage and optimize our website and landing pages for performance, conversion, and SEO.
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate on what's working and continuously improve pipeline impact.
- Manage the marketing tech stack and ensure clean execution across platforms (HubSpot, GA4, CMS, etc.).
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends—bringing bold, creative ideas that help Nagomi stand out and scale fast.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of running and directly managing successful paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and/or programmatic platforms.
- Strong grasp of SEO, website analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with web platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a performance mindset and strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
- Graphic design or video editing skills
