Description
What's Guardio?
Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends.
Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.
Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 90 people) on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our team. We already have well over a million registered customers, and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.
So, what's the job?
We're looking for a talented Marketing Designer with a strong passion for brand design and UX/UI to join our Design team.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, User Acquisition, and R&D teams and act as the Design team's representative in your focus areas.
You will:
- Lead projects independently while collaborating effectively within a squad, managing the creative process from concept to final execution.
- Collaborate closely in a fast-paced squad, delivering impactful assets quickly—directly contributing to business growth and success.
- Make data-driven design decisions, using KPIs and testing to inform creative solutions, optimize performance, and drive product improvements.
- Partner closely with developers, preparing designs for development, ensuring smooth handoff and implementation.
- Bring versatile design experience, including marketing communication and assets, an understanding of UI/UX, a sharp eye for typography, and attention to the fine details.
Sounds great! Am I the right fit?
Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, preferably in funnel-related projects, working with various stakeholders, including development.
- You’re highly proficient in Figma - must.
- You have an excellent knowledge of the fundamentals in design, typography and color. You also really pay attention to the fine details.
- You have the ability to think of a design challenge end-to-end. Work as part of a team, but also how to get stuff done independently.
