We’re looking for a junior-level operations rockstar to keep our campaigns on track, vendors in check, and chaos at bay. Think of this role as the backstage manager of high-impact media — from Times Square billboards to content on Forbes, Bloomberg, WSJ, and Business Insider. If you’re organized, fast-moving, and can speak fluent spreadsheet and emoji, we should talk.

🎯 Your Mission:

Be the glue that holds launches together. From onboarding new clients and wrangling vendors, to managing media timelines and spotting broken links before anyone else — you're the reason things run smooth(er).

💪 What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Coordinate campaign launches across media, content, and CTV
  • Manage vendor chaos — including OOH placements (yes, even the giant ones in Times Square)
  • Support content rollouts with premium publishers like Forbes, Bloomberg, WSJ & Business Insider
  • QA creative assets, check specs and delivery, and flag issues before they go live
  • Keep internal teams synced with calendars, naming conventions, and onboarding checklists
  • Jump into cross-functional convos with strategy, media, and client success to keep everyone aligned

Must-Haves:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing/media ops/admin support
  • Detail-obsessed. Chaos-averse. Deadline-loyal.
  • Comfortable working with vendors, publishers, creatives, and all the moving parts
  • Fluent in English
  • Loves lists, timelines, and saying “hey, this doesn’t look right”
