Moonshot is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Google Ads - Search PPC Campaign manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will actively manage and optimize our pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms to drive high-quality traffic and maximize ROI. Your expertise will contribute to the overall growth and success of our digital marketing initiatives, while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Google Search Campaign manager, with a proven track record of successful campaign performance - MUST.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads - Search, while managing significant budgets - MUST.
  • High proficiency in Excel - MUST
  • Experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, making quick, data-driven decisions to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Competitive, results-oriented mindset, always pushing for better deals and higher profits.
  • Ability to test, iterate, and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
  • A positive, self-motivated team player who thrives in collaborative and independent work environments.
  • Both a team player and a self-motivated person with a positive attitude.
  • Independent and fast learning with attention to details.
  • Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads - Search PPC strategies to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Search Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor budget allocation and spending to ensure campaigns remain within financial targets while achieving desired results.
  • Bring innovative ideas and discover new opportunities.

This is a full-time position, Hybrid work-environment with offices in Tel Aviv.
