Description
As a Brand Manager at Netafim, Orbia Precision Agriculture Business, you will oversee the global brand strategy, collaborating with a team of marketing communications specialists, content writers, and a design studio. You will work closely with Netafim's subsidiaries worldwide, regional managers, and corporate leadership to implement Netafim's messaging and strategy, tailoring them to each business unit's needs and target audiences.
You will develop and execute brand strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and reputation on a global scale. Your strategic vision will shape our brand's narrative across various channels, aligning with our mission to promote sustainable agricultural practices worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a global brand strategy that aligns with Netafim's values, mission, and business objectives.
· Define the brand story, develop branding tools, and create brand training programs and messaging for the organization’s business units.
· Partner with the Global Digital Marketing team to implement global campaigns that align with the brand and communications strategy.
· Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content for various audiences, including media, partners, customers, and employees.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated brand activities.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in global communications and branding to continually enhance Netafim's brand presence.
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles, such as a branding agency supervisor, advertising agency role, or brand management position, preferably in global companies.
· Strong understanding and proven experience in building and executing brand strategies, including content creation.
· Cross-cultural experience working with diverse markets.
· Strategic and creative thinker with strong, inspiring communication and storytelling skills.
· Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to establish a meaningful, organization-wide brand identity.
