Description

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our growing Paid Social Team at Plus500 and lead performance-driven campaigns across top social platforms: YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and more.

Who are we looking for?

A strategic and performance-driven social media expert with a deep understanding of both data and creative. A proactive thinker who excels in making decisions based on performance metrics, experienced in full-funnel campaign ownership, and skilled at balancing growth targets with creative excellence. Familiarity with attribution models and social-first creative strategy is essential, including the ability to identify powerful creative hooks that stop the scroll and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.
  • Manage high-scale budgets and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis on campaign performance.
  • Analyze market trends and financial activity and react accordingly.
  • Reduce customer acquisition costs and improve campaign ROI
  • Drive ongoing creative testing and partner with the studio team to develop high-performing assets.
  • Translate data into clear insights that inform creative direction, media strategy, and campaign optimizations
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including organic social, Studio, and product


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in performance/growth environments
  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and driving measurable acquisition outcomes
  • Expertise in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Highly analytical – strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • A strong understanding of creative strategy and what drives performance in social platforms
