Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this person will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing product-focused content strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive a product-first content strategy that aligns with business goals - rooted in the product roadmap and developed in close partnership with Product Marketing.
- Create high-impact, SEO-optimized assets across the funnel: lighthouse content (whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, one-pagers), emails, web/blog copy, ads, event materials, and executive comms.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all channels by collaborating cross-functionally with Events, Demand Generation, Brand, Sales, and Partnerships.
- Scale content operations by owning content and editorial calendars, managing workflows, and working with external writers and creative partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct content analytics and competitive research to drive engagement, pipeline, and brand visibility. Identify and close content gaps across the funnel—from product education to customer success stories.
Requirements
- 3+ years of content marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS; a background in fintech, Big 4 accounting, or startups is a plus.
- Proficient with tools like Hubspot, AI platforms, and Wordpress to scale content efficiently.
- Strong writer with a portfolio showcasing analytical thinking across formats and channels.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, email marketing, web analytics, and broader content strategy.
- Excellent communicator with a track record of actionable insights and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.
