Description

We are looking for a Risk Control and Banking Supervisor who will manage global risk controls over payments and vendors. Promote and support global banking processes and relationship with banks.

Major areas of responsibilities:

Managing global Payments’ risk control

  • Key user of HO Treasury fraud risk control and detection tool – Argoscope system
  • Recognizing global exposures/risks for the company’s payments processes to maintain proper controls.
  • In charge of ongoing HO payments tests through the Argoscope system, validating test in the system to provide response to all existing risks in connection with vendors and payments
  • Improvements of working processes in agencies and regions by implementing different reports and control process through the Argoscope system and other analytical tools.
  • Managing the process of users and entitlements in the Argoscope system
  • Managing the process of training to new users in the Argoscope system
  • Implementing new countries in the Argoscope according to the implementation plan

System implementation

  • Leading and managing system improvement in all related areas of responsibilities, such as implementation of SAP modules, BI reports and dashboard or other IT solutions

Banking and global projects

  • Promoting and maintaining bank relationships including managing different requirements from the bank globally and locally
  • Leading improvements in global banking processes
  • Assist with updating new users and signatories’ entitlements in the HO’s bank accounts
  • Promote different global banks’ projects
  • Support of account opening process

SOX /internal audit controls

  • Assist to implement ongoing controls according to SOX requirements or internal audit recommendation
  • On going review of existing reports including receiving agencies feedback to improve global procedure
  • Preparing and analyzing control reports for management overview


Requirements

  • Academic education: Bachelor’s degree in economics/ accounting - a must. CPA - Significant Advantage
  • Experience with global payments process management, SOX and internal controls - Must
  • Experience with banking processes and banking requirements - Advantage
  • Strong MS office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Experience with SAP – Advantage
  • Experience with BI tools – Advantage
  • Good Hebrew & English language skills
