Over the last year we’ve been working on a new mapping and data enrichment technology using AI to allow you to filter and discover candidates based on their fit for your requirements. Today we are excited to introduce you to our new Advanced Search filters!
Customers can now go to Advanced Search and start filtering candidates by Experience, Education and Competence:
- Experience: Current position, Current company, Past position, Past company, Management, Industry, Company Size
- Education: Education level, Institution type, Degree, Institution name
- Competence: Skills, Languages
These filters are ideal for searching through a large pool of candidates or for finding candidates with a specific background or skill set. Here are some examples of how users can use these filters:
- Find candidates who graduated 2-3 years ago with a specific degree
- Find candidates who worked at companies of a certain size and have more than 3 years of experience with a particular skill
- Find candidates who worked at specific companies in a specific role
