We provide hands-on assistance, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage IT operations across the organization to create a seamless and productive work environment. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our technology infrastructure running smoothly while delivering top-tier service to our employees.

About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and help drive a seamless IT experience for Cyera employees. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring that our teams can work without disruptions. You’ll manage IT assets, oversee help desk operations, and support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support to Cyera employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues both in-person and remotely.
  • Manage help desk requests, ensuring timely resolution according to SLAs.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining end-user workstations, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain software, ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, tracking and managing hardware and software inventory.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with video conferencing equipment and meeting room technology.
  • Follow established procedures and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Requirements

Who You Are

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience supporting users in a macOS environment.
  • Proven background in help desk operations and IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • A people-first mindset with a customer-oriented approach to technical support.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and common software applications.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing IT asset lifecycles and help desk ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments in addition to macOS.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security best practices and IT compliance standards.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications and cloud-based IT solutions.
