Monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. You will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at finding new and existing opportunities for our product. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel - Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Growth Analyst for monday CRM—a startup business unit within Monday.com—you’ll play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making to optimize our product and directly impact its success and growth in the massive CRM market. Launched just last year, monday CRM already boasts over 30K paying accounts and exponential ARR growth, offering a unique opportunity to shape a transformative platform. Operating with a startup spirit inspired by Monday’s culture, you’ll be the primary analytical focal point for your group and stakeholders, leading deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities and influence the product roadmap

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights and drive data-informed decisions
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations that enhance our AI-powered CRM offering
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and run A/B tests to optimize key product metrics
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, track KPIs, and surface trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, marketing, and business stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements that align with a user-centric, data-driven approach
  • Help shape the product roadmap and drive innovation through strategic, analytical thinking


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with product growth experience as a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in SQL (required)
  • Strong technical skills for advanced analytics with large datasets, using tools like Python, Pandas, R, and SQL
  • Experience with self-service analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and emerging analytical platforms is a plus
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges independently
  • Exceptional communication and personal leadership skills, with a knack for storytelling and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and align data insights with business goals
  • Deep curiosity about user behavior, paired with a passion for user-centered product development
  • An independent thinker with a strong grasp of numbers and a clear sense of business—knowing when a single metric works or when a detailed model is needed
