As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Director to lead the support and expansion of a flagship account.
The Strategic Account Director will be the primary relationship owner for one of Percepto's most strategic enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of current engagements, identifying opportunities for future growth, and solidifying Percepto's position as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of complex client workflows, and the ability to articulate the value of Percepto's solutions at all levels of the client organization.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position will be based in Florida, preferably in the West Palm Beach area, to closely support the client. The role will also require up to 30% travel to cover additional markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy that drives client satisfaction, expands Percepto's footprint, and achieves revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the client organization, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
- Proactively understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs, and align Percepto's solutions to deliver maximum value.
- Collaborate closely with Percepto's operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, effective execution of agreements, and ongoing client success.
- Develop and maintain a productive relationship with a large enterprise account, hold regular discussions to review open issues, understand their business, meet their needs, share best practices, determine ways to increase their success, and become their trusted partner
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand Percepto's solutions within the account.
- Develop and communicate account strategies, insights, and performance to internal stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Quantify and communicate the value and ROI of Percepto's solutions through case studies, presentations, and other means.
- Participate in marketing discussions and contribute to initiatives that enhance Percepto's market presence and reach.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client requests, diligent management of the sales pipeline in the CRM, and accurate proposal development.
- Support proper invoicing and collections processes.
- Organize and represent Percepto at trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Four-year bachelor degree
- 4+ years of Program Management or Sr. Account Management experience leading multi-million USD enterprise clients from the utility industry is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing complex accounts.
- Deep understanding of client workflows and business processes.
- Ability to identify and communicate value to multiple levels within a customer organization
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work well with teams and collaborate with sales, operations, product, and R&D
- Exhibit excellent communication and professionalism
- Strong track record of follow through for customers and closing business
- Experience managing large, complex international customers
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to travel up to 30%
