- Minimum 1 year of CAD design and drafting experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of design and engineering principles
- Highly detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
