- Secures and prepares the necessary tools and equipment for the production process
- Reviews blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Trains and works with other assemblers on the production floor
- Reports irregularities and malfunctions to management
Assembler Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Proficient in the use of mechanical and electrical tools
- Can work standing or seated for long periods of time
- Physically fit
