  • Assesses employee surveys, management feedback, and performance reviews
  • Acts as a backup payroll processor

HR Analyst Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of prior work experience in HR
  • Great research skills
  • Analytical and highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiar with HRM systems
  • Excellent presentation skills
